The February Lunch and Learn is on Tuesday, February 17, 2025. Our address is 23855 Detroit Rd., Westlake, OH 44145. We will meet in the Spirit Room in the administrative wing of the building.
Join Barb Clugh and Corky Larsen to learn about HeartMath and the science behind it. With this science-based practice of synchronizing your heart and brain called coherence you can align and balance your nervous system. Join us to learn how this practice creates coherence between your heart, mind, and emotions — which is key to clearing stress and unlocking your higher capacities.
A special HeartMath meditation will be provided for your own personal experience. Besides experiencing the personal benefits of HeartMath, joining others in this type of meditation is a powerful way to create a collective consciousness that can help change the world!
About Corky & Barb
Barb is a Reiki Master, personal growth coach, hypnotherapist and certified in HeartMath techniques. She provides Embodied Vitality wellness coaching using her certification in neuropsychophysiology from Dr. Kayla Osterhoff and her certification with the revolutionary Bio-Well scanner. Her corporate work is as an executive coach focusing on leadership, employee and organization development. Barb teaches Reiki and loves helping people learn, change, and grow. She is a minister of Spiritual Peace Making, acquired through James Twyman's seminary. Barb also uses her voice singing with the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus and soloing at local Unity churches.
Corky is a spiritual guide, Reiki Master, Life Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Shamanic Practitioner. He studies the ISHA System of self-discovery and is a minister of spiritual peacemaking through James Twyman’s Seminary. Corky is licensed to facilitate weddings in Ohio and loves to help you create your unique ceremony. He integrates his Gestalt training, shamanic studies, Spiritual teachings, and connection to nature into all of his work. Corky uses stones, crystals, drums, and magnetics to help raise your vibrations. Corky brings his many years in Law Enforcement involving Crisis Intervention and Domestic Violence counseling into his practice.
